Article Submission Guidelines
If you require your article to be listed under a specific faculty this should be indicated clearly above the article title. In the event that no faculty affiliation is seen by UNIS then the article will be classified at the discretion of UNIS. New article submissions are reviewed by human editors for content value to our readership. Please note: Thinly veiled commercial advertisements disguised as articles will be rejected. Approved articles are added to our database and generally available for public viewing within 24 to 48 hours.

A single live link is provided for each article you submit. You are encouraged to invite our readers to visit your Web site to find additional information, resources and offers directly relevant to your article’s subject matter. Please be advised that all resource links are reviewed prior to any article being added to our article directory. If your link is irrelevant, or redirects to any other Web site not directly owned by you, your article submission will not be approved.

Any submitted article that appears to promote hatred, racism, or bigotry of any kind, or contain libelous statements against any party, will be rejected without recourse, bias or explanation by the publishers of UNIS.

Any abuse of our system, including, but not limited to, submitting the copyrighted work of another, will result in denial of service. The editors of  UNIS reserve the right to remove any article(s) at any time, for any reason, without notice or recourse.

Article Formatting, Length and Live Links
Articles must be submitted via email to the relevant address ( Your article will be displayed in the standard UNIS formatting. Minor editing may be done to your article if necessary – for example the reduction in word count of headings to make them fit the UNIS template. Up-most care will be taken to ensure the integrity and meaning of the submitted article is in no way compromised.

Title: Maximum 150 characters
Body Content: 500-1000 words

Images may be submitted but no guarantee is given that they will be used. All submitted images must not exceed 200k and must be 72dpi jpeg format.

Our system allows for live links to relevant email contact addresses and websites for readers to get more information about your article. However, UNIS reserves the right to disable live links or references to them at their discretion.

Violation of Copyrights
If you submit any article that appears to be plagiarized, or violates the copyrights of another author, the subject article will be purged from our system, and you will forfeit all further article submission rights, without recourse.

If you are submitting an article acquired via private label rights, or written by a ghostwriter, you must substantially rewrite the article to avoid the appearance of copying a previously submitted article work.

If there is any question of authorship, the editors of UNIS will immediately purge the article in question from our system. If you identify an article, already on our Web site, of which you are the original author and copyright owner, please contact us to request its immediate removal. We error on the side of protecting legitimate copyrights of all original authors.

Violation of copyright laws will not be accepted and may subject you to legal liable, civil fines and/or criminal indictment. Refer to the Disclaimer for further information.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).
